This was only released one time on cassette and we took the 500 cassette batch to the Milwaukee Metalfest that year and handed them all out for free. Only time it was ever pressed until the compilation album some years later. Sometimes referred to as the "1997 Metalfest Promo".

Apologies for the low quality J-Card artwork but this absolutely the best quality image that can be found at this time.
